Girl Scouts of Middle Georgia, Inc. is currently one of 318 Girl Scout councils in the US chartered by Girl Scouts of the USA. Organized in 1922, GSMG currently serves 22 counties in central Georgia and approximately 6000 girls. The backbone of the Girl Scout movement in Central Georgia is some 1500 adult volunteers who dedicate their time, energy and talents to helping girls grow strong in mind, body and spirit.
